You know you say something too frequently when your kids start saying it too. You know you have a serious problem when they say it in their sleep. I think I have a problem. I may need intervention.

Because mothers of small children cannot say "no," only one time, in a calm tone and at a low decibal. It's physically impossible. Laws of nature compel me to say it 5 times rapidly, loudly, and panic-stricken. Said laws of nature being the ones that indicate that something is about to break, fall, or otherwise require me having to clean it up.
